Many Texans would staunchly consider Dallas-Fort Worth an entertainment paradise since this part of the Lone Star State offers a multitude of entertainment options that satisfy the yearnings for fun, for every age group.

Here are three events that you should be aware of since, after all, boredom in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex is never an option.

Football Celebrities ? The Dallas Cowboys

Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the Dallas Cowboys football team plays in the East Division of the National Football Conference of the NFL.  The Dallas Cowboys can, rightfully, boast of having had an extremely impressive history in professional football.  Being embedded in playoff seasons as well as possessing a plethora of wins in Division Championships, Conference Championships and Super Bowls, and having 21 former members enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, what is there not to love about this team?  To date, the Dallas Cowboys are worth more than $3 billion.

If you find yourself in the DFW area during Sunday, September 10, 2017 you'll need to attend the game between the New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys.  This will be the Giants' third-straight opener in Dallas; and this mega game will be aired as Sunday Night Football on NBC at 8:30 PM.

Going Back in Time ? Pawnee Bill's Wild West Show

If you have even a tad bit of 'country' in your DNA, you won't want to miss the summer fun at Cowtown Coliseum this summer of 2017!  From May 27th to September 3rd, you and family and friends can enjoy Pawnee Bill's Wild West Show.  This exciting presentation simulates the original and historical show, by the same name, in which roping, trick shooting, trick riding, singing cowboys and other forms of entertainment toured the country and kept crowds mesmorized, almost a century ago.

Whether you and family or friends decide to meet on a Saturday or a Sunday afternoon for Pawnee Bill's Wild West Show, you will be able to relish a journey through living history; and it will not be soon forgotten!

Don't Blink ? Texas Motor Speedway

The Texas Motor Speedway located in Fort Worth is a first-class motor-sports facility, famous for hosting IndyCar, NASCAR Cup, Xfinity and Truck series racing competitions.  Mark your calendar for June 10, 2017 to attend the Speed Energy Stadium Super Trucks event.  Racing before and after the Rainguard Water Sealers 600, these bigger-than-life SUPER Trucks will be featured, and are identically prepared, 650 horsepower vehicles made to virtually duplicate their scaled-down Traxxas radio-control-car counterparts. These exciting bad-boys race on just about any surface.

The trucks are a wildly-popular SST Series which will race along the speedway's pit road, front-stretch, and portion of the infield.  The SST races will feature 36-inch high aluminum ramps throughout the course, enabling the trucks to fly 20 feet off the ground while hitting speeds of up to 140 mph ? they are built to take flight!
